Korean Transcription Services

We transcribe Korean depositions, witness interviews, video and audio recordings, podcasts, e-learning and employee training content, voicemails, movies, TV programs, and more. If you have any Korean video or audio file, we are able to transcribe it accurately.

We have transcribed many Korean movies, TV programs, documentaries, and other audio and video recordings. Our past work includes the transcription of all dialects of Korean, including South Korean, North Korean and other regional dialects inside Korea and abroad.

We have assisted many clients in the legal and law enforcement fields including police departments, Crown Counsel offices, law firms, and patent firms. We are often contacted by people after they ended up working with a Korean interpreter that wasn’t proficient or fluent. Others contact us just to verify the accuracy of their recording, and as an added back-up to the message relayed by the original interpreter. We help everyone make sense of what actually was said on Korean audio and video recordings.

Accurate Korean Transcription

When transcribing and translating Korean into English, we provide a number of options. We can provide the Korean text only, the Korean text plus the English translation, as well as timestamps.

Our rates vary depending on the subject matter, desired turnaround, and audio quality of files.

We are one of the few companies that handle video and audio files containing North Korean and other regional dialects of the Korean language.

With our Korean transcription services you will benefit from:

Accurate Korean Transcription

A Korean native speaker transcribes the Korean while listening to the audio or video. Their work is verified by a second transcriber for added accuracy, especially for files with low audio quality. Some clients also request the translation of these transcriptions, which is an additional service we offer.

Timestamps for Korean Transcriptions

Timestamps are essential when reviewing long interviews, presentations, or other long audio and video recordings. We can also insert timestamps into our transcription and transcription + translation deliverables.

Quality Assurance

A second transcriber reviews all of our Korean transcriptions to ensure no spelling or spacing errors, and to prevent any missing content. We help clients develop style guides and glossaries for long-term projects, to ensure consistency. All of our Korean transcriptionists must complete a comprehensive onboarding exam. In addition, we also perform random spot checks on their work.
